The transaction was good. The tablet is bad. It cannot play most mobile games, LifeAfter and Call-of-duty mobile run sluggish at the lowest graphics settings while frame skipping. The Mali T820 MP1 inside cannot process graphics like a Mali G52. The tablet is using Android 10 Go edition and is unsupported by EVE Echoes game among many other apps. I cannot recommend this tablet.

I like this product. However, what I received contained what I can only describe as Beta Software at best. The tablet has 3GB of physical RAM, yet the system only recognised and used 2GB. Aldocube knew this and asked me to wait for a wireless OTA update. Sadly, after many attempts this failed to install and I was recommended to do a firmware flash from a Windows PC ( which I don't have). Eventually I managed to flash the firmware, but a customer of a new product should NOT be required to do this. The final issue is the noisy USB sub system. When using an external USB C DAC / dongle with music files stored on a micro SD card, there are many annoying pops and clicks added to the sound. It doesn't happen when using the internal but limited in size storage or when streaming. I have tried different SD cards and dongles with the same result. Overall, this is a good product, but be aware of its limitations.

Планшет очень начального уровня. Ну вот совсем начального. Если хотите задарить пожилому человеку или наоборот дитёнку, то вполне устроит. Не обольщайтесь заявленными тремя гигами оперативы - никак на скорости это не скажется. Экран слабоват. Тускловат. Звук регулируется отвратительно - следующий после нуля максимальный. Остальные деления ничего не прибавляют. планшету пришлось попутешествовать - продавец выкинул сырой товар на рынок. Отправка в Китай за мой счёт. Продавец не виноват, но на почте в Китае пролежал пару недель. Периодически планшет зависает при проматывании страниц с новостями. Очень неудачная модель.

CUIDADO, ESTAFADOR! No indica todos los detalles del producto, recibí una tablet con Android 10 pero en su versión lite GO (no lo especificaba en el anuncio), con algunas de las funciones habilitadas y que por tanto me resulta inútil. Cuando solicito que me reembolse el dinero, me pide que envíe el producto a China, pese a que lo encargué a su almacén en España. En resumen, tendría que pagar más de 30 € para hacer el envío y recibir un reembolso de 4 €, además quedarme sin el producto. No merece la pena comprar a este vendedor, engaña y no es claro en su anuncio, y pone todas las trabas posibles para evitar que hagas una devolución LEGAL. Se pasa por el forro el derecho de desistimiento, imponiendo unas condiciones de devolución que son ilógicas, injustas e inaceptables para el comprador. Muy insatisfecho tanto con el vendedor como con AliExpress, que no está sabiendo gestionar el caso.
